To secure your spot in our strictly small groups, we require an initial advance payment. Once we receive this, our team will send you a detailed booking confirmation, day-by-day itinerary, and a comprehensive packing list.

We prioritize the trip going ahead! However, as we maintain small groups for safety and authentic connection, a minimum viable number is sometimes needed. If a batch is altered, we communicate transparently well in advance and offer easy rescheduling or refunds.
